How it works

A morning meeting built to move referrals.

An MTBG meeting runs from 7:45 AM to about 10:30 AM. Members and guests network over tea, each introduce their business in 60 seconds, hear a practical talk from an experienced business owner, then pass referrals to each other in an open referral round before breakfast. Guests pay a ₹900 visitor fee.

How the group works

Four rules that make referrals flow.

One seat per profession

Each trade or profession is held by one member. Nobody in the room competes with you for a referral, so members can recommend you without hesitation.

Give first

The group works when every member listens for other members' clients. The more referrals you give, the more the room thinks of you.

Referrals on the record

Opportunities are shared openly in the referral round, so everyone sees what is moving and who is helping whom.

Show up, on time

Meetings start at 7:45 AM sharp. Consistent attendance is how members get to know your business well enough to refer it.

Referral etiquette

What a good referral looks like.

A referral at MTBG is a person with a real need who expects your call, and has already heard something good about you. Four habits keep it that way.

  1. Only pass a referral when the person has a real need and knows you will be in touch.
  2. Call a referral within 24 hours and tell the member who sent it how it went.
  3. Thank members for closed business, in the room, so the whole group learns what works.
  4. Keep your 60-second introduction to 60 seconds.

Take a seat at the next meeting.

Come as a guest, hear sixty-second pitches from every business in the room and see a live referral round. Visitor fee ₹900, breakfast included.
